Shipping Policy

We work with trusted carriers to get your pet's new favorites to you quickly and safely. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

• In-stock orders: processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Personalized / custom orders (embroidered collars, name tags): 3–5 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our workshop.

Order Tracking

Track your package anytime using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account and visit Order Status. Please allow 24–48 hours after shipment for carrier tracking to update.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us immediately if you need to change it — we can update the address as long as the order hasn't shipped. Packages returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refused delivery) may incur a reshipment fee.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to physical addresses only; P.O. boxes are accepted for small lightweight items. Remote areas may experience extended delivery times, and peak seasons (such as the holidays) may add a few days.
